The Langert Group is a full-service Maryland-based commercial real estate advisory firm. Evan Langert, our managing director, is a thirty year veteran in the commercial real estate industry. He brings to every client the rare combination of extensive, high-level experience as a commercial real estate broker, attorney, and banker. He first became a licensed Maryland real estate broker in 1991 and became a licensed Maryland attorney in 1985. Prior to entering full-time commercial brokerage, Evan spent five years as a commercial real estate mortgage banker with one of the twenty largest banks in the United States. He followed that up with more than nine years as the head transactional attorney for the eastern United States on behalf of a New York Stock Exchange traded, multi-billion dollar REIT. He has negotiated hundreds of retail, office, and industrial leases and purchase and sale transactions in over twenty different states. As a broker, Mr. Langert formerly served on both the national governing board and the national faculty of KW Commercial, the thirteenth-rated commercial real estate brokerage in the United States. He is a seasoned negotiator with many years of top level experience in all facets of commercial real estate. Simply put there are very few commercial real estate professionals in the State of Maryland with Evan's commercial real estate industry knowledge.
