About Evan Langert

Evan Langert-broker, former senior real estate attorney, and principal of the Langert Group-brings unparalleled experience to commercial real estate client representation.  He has spent more than 20 years in this highly competitive arena, honing a unique combination of skills for the benefit of his clients.
 
After graduating from law school in 1985, Mr. Langert served for four years as a commercial real estate lender for one of the 25 largest banks in the U.S.  He followed that role with a position as general counsel and broker associate at a prominent Washington, D.C. area commercial management, leasing, brokerage and syndication company.

Relocating to the Bay Area in the '90s, Mr. Langert joined the Bohannon Development Company, owner of the upscale Hillsdale Mall in San Mateo (as well as high profile industrial, office and retail properties throughout California and Nevada).  He then served as the senior leasing attorney for Glenborough Realty Trust, Incorporated, a $2.5 billion NYSE-traded REIT, for almost nine years.
 
Mr. Langert received a B.S. in business from the University of Maryland, one of the top 20 U.S. business schools, and also earned a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, one of the top 50 U.S. law schools.  He is one of only 1% of real estate professionals across the nation included in Who's Who in Real Estate.
