Mr. Langert has more than 20 years' experience in retail and office lease negotiation, development, and purchase and sale transactions. He and his team are experts in site location and lease negotiation for tenants, and in overseeing project development, designing optimal tenant mixes, and attracting the right tenants for our building owner clients. Mr. Langert has negotiated scores of retail leases with prestigious companies such as Chipotle, Circuit City, Lord & Taylor, Outback Steakhouse, Starbucks, The Gap, and Williams-Sonoma. Likewise, he has put together scores of office deals with companies such as Aetna, Clear Channel Communications, FedEx, MetLife, and Sun Microsystems.
