National Commercial Real Estate Advisor, Evan Langert, is the Managing Director of The Langert Commercial Group, a full-service boutique commercial real estate advisory firm.  With 40 years' experience in the industry, he is known throughout the Baltimore-Washington DC corridor for his ability to help corporations, institutional and private investors, as well as franchisees and other business owners with commercial real estate sales and leasing.  Langert has an unique combination of experience that is unparalleled in the industry.  He was the head leasing attorney for the entire eastern half of the United States on behalf of Glenborough Realty Trust (GLB on the NYSE), a fully diversified publicly-traded REIT with retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and hospitality holdings in almost half the United States.  Prior to his legal career, Evan was a commercial real estate lender with Maryland National Bank...one of the e top 25 banks in the United States.  Evan also co-owned a national pizza franchise location for two years, which gave him unique insight into the operations of restaurant and food service operations.
